1. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

If the item you wish to purchase is available in different sizes, please select your size first. Then click on "Add to cart". Your chosen items will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen. As you continue to shop or browse the site, you can click on the bag to see its contents in the order summary at any time.
When you’re ready to place your order, select "Proceed to checkout" from the summary section and follow the instructions to complete our one-step checkout process.

2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES VINICIO.COM ACCEPT?

We accept all credit cards, Paypal and Klarna. All accepted methods are listed here.


3. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD AT VINICIO.COM?

Our payments are processed by Paypal, which is the world leader in Web payment systems for e-commerce companies using advanced fraud protection.


4. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

We take your information very serious and consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. We won't share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For further details, please read our Terms and Conditions.


5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders shipped with DHL are delivered from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM. Your order will be processed within 48 hours if placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and will ship within 48-72 hours after availability and payments are verified. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. Please note, during the sales period and holidays, orders may be subject to possible delay. For security reasons, all orders will require a signature from the courier for delivery.


6. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment. Notice, though, that it may take 24 hours for tracking information to be available in your account. Through the free "DHL On Demand" service, you will receive DHL tracking via text message and e-mail, and you will be able to independently change the delivery timing as needed.


7. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. 


8. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Merchandise purchased on Vinicio.com can be returned upon approval only and are free of charge. A return request must be sent within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise. The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the items (dust bags, covers etc.) and should have a copy of the invoice inside.

9. DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES?

For all other countries outside of the European Union, all prices shown on product and listing pages exclude duties and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable charges on delivery.
