Orders & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian holidays*.  Please notice that the orders that are placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm.

Vinicio.com is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond Vinicio.com’s control.

Vinicio.com reserves the right to delay and/or cancel any order in case Vinicio.com cannot process it due to any reasonable causes that are out of Vinicio’s direct control.

SHIPPING

Vinicio.com ships worldwide using DHL courier.

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days from the moment it is placed. However, during sale season orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out.

Vinicio will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by international customs issues, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond the control of Vinicio. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

SHIPPING SERVICE & FEE

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): the price shown on vinicio.com includes import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs;

DDU* (Delivery Duty Unpaid): the price shown on vinicio.com does not include import duties and/or custom fees and items may be subject to extra costs. These are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by Vinicio.
