Returns and refunds

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

 

Merchandise purchased on Vinicio.com can be returned, but not exchanged, upon approval only and are free of charge. A return request must be sent within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise. 
Vinicio.com will accept only returns to our warehouses respecting our policy requirements, that you can find here below. After our customer service approval, a return label will be sent to the email address used at the moment of purchase.

 

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

All returns must be approved by our customer service team. Vinicio.com reserves the right to refuse any return sent back to our facility without authorization.
Items must be returned in their original packaging along with all materials received (protective bags, extra buttons, hangers, security and authenticity labels and tags). 
Items should not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must have Vinicio's authenticity tag still attached.
Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the client. 
Vinicio.com reserves the right to refuse any returns if the protective hygienic strip has been removed.
Vinicio.com reserves the right to refuse any return sent without the materials included at the time of purchase or without the attached Vinicio.com authenticity label.

In case of defective or incorrect merchandise Vinicio.com reserves the right to request photographic support before authorizing a return for full reimbursement.
We kindly ask you to check all garments within 72 hours from the moment of receipt.

All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion of Vinicio.com.
Based on the condition of the return and/or the non-compliance with the return policy a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the final refund.


REFUNDS

 

All refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been verified by our team. The refund is issued on the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

Please note that refund times may vary depending on the different payment providers:

- Credit card: the refund will be available in approximately 5 business days and within next billing statement.
- Paypal: the refund will be available the same day as the refund is issued.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

The refund includes the price of the returned product (excluding shipping costs). If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, custom duties and sales taxes are non refundable.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE BY STEPS

 

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a refund. We’ll collect from your home, work or an alternative address.

 

STEP 1

Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them. Items should be returned in their original packaging along with all materials received (protective bags, extra buttons, hangers, labels and security tags). For extra EU orders, please insert a copy of the invoice inside.

 

STEP 2

Request the return of the product you wish to give back through the "My Orders" section of your account by selecting the order number that contains the item you wish to return and selecting "Return". If you are not registered, fill out the appropriate online form making sure you have your order ID, billing last name and email adress used for the order you want to return.

 

STEP 3

Wait for the approval you will receive by e-mail.

 

STEP 4

Stick up the pre-paid DHL label that you have found in the box. Call your local DHL office to arrange the pick-up service or visit DHL web site. You will be asked our client ID 961824037 or the return waybill number.

 

STEP 5

Once we receive the package in our warehouse, we will verify the products conditions. After the return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and we will process the refund which will include the price of the returned product. All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible through the payment method used for original purchase.
